Payments can be made by credit card using our online payment gateway with Paypal online.
RETURNS
We offer refunds on all full priced purchases up to 14 days after receipt of goods.
Items must be returned new, unused and with all Sassy Willow garment tags attached. Returned garments which are damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back.
To return an item , simply follow these steps:

Once items have been received by our office, please allow 3 business days for the return to be processed and 3 business days for refunds to be credited to your account.
SALES AND DISCOUNTED ITEMS
Please choose carefully, as we do not offer refunds or exchanges on any discounted products, including sale products or products discounted through marketing and promotions.
Subject to obligations under consumer law, sale items can not be returned for a refund or store credit. All sales are final.
FAULTY ITEMS
Faulty or incorrect items will be refunded and Sassy Willow will pay the postage costs for replacement items. Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged. Please note items damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered faulty. Sassy Willow reserves the right to inspect returned items and deny refund if the garments are unsaleable condition. To avoid damage to garments, please remove jewellery before trying on garments and leave all tags and accessories attached until you are happy with your purchase. A charge of 10% GST is included in the retail price shown.

LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS
If goods are lost or damaged during delivery, please contact us at returns@sassywillow.com.au within 7 working days of receiving your order so that we can investigate the surrounding circumstances.
